What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

We take product integrity seriously and cannot restock items that have been handled or applied. For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product leaves our premises it’s considered final.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

International shipping is available to select countries and calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I use these products if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, but with care and the right introduction.

Good Skin For Men products are formulated with clinical-strength actives, which means they’re designed to work. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend starting slowly, especially with Workshop A (retinol) and Workshop C (Ascorbic acid).

Begin with:

  • patch test on the inside of your arm or behind your ear.
  • It is common to feel some itching when introducing high strength 20% Ascorbic acid. Introduce every other day combined with Hydrate Moisuriser if this occurs.
  • Only use once or twice a week to begin for the first month. Workshop C can be diluted with Hydrate Moisturiser if skin is overly dry to begin. Please follow directions on labels and use zinc oxide protection powder daily.

If irritation continues, stop use and seek professional advice.

We’ve kept the range minimal on purpose, fewer ingredients, no added fragrances, and no unnecessary fillers, to reduce your risk of reaction while still delivering results.

What order should I apply the products in?

Where are your products manufactured?

All Good Skin For Men products are manufactured in the United States, with ingredients sourced from trusted laboratories in both the U.S. and South Korea.

We work only with suppliers who meet GMP and ISO-certified standards, ensuring medical-grade formulations, traceable ingredient quality, and consistency across every batch.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer both domestic and international shipping options:

Domestic (Australia):

Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $15.00

Standard Shipping (2–8 business days):

  • Free for orders over $100.00
  • $10.00 for orders under $100.00
International (Selected Countries):

Standard International Shipping (6–27 business days): $20.00

When will I get my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our premises in Perth, Western Australia.

Estimated delivery times:

Other Australian States: 3–7 business days
