Workshop A
Workshop A – Retinol Complex.
Dryness. Flakiness. Redness. Fine lines. Pigmentation. Uneven tone. Loss of firmness.
A skin rich in vitamin A is generally stronger, smoother, and firmer.
However, every time you step outdoors, your vitamin A stores are being depleted, without you even realising. As those stores drop, the signs begin to show. Suddenly you look in the mirror and ask, how did this happen?
You live in Australia. Through no fault of your own, your skin and scalp have been taking a hit since childhood.
What you can expect when using workshop A daily
Expect skin and scalp to have a brighter, more even toned appearance, and a smoother texture, especially in sun-exposed or deeply pigmented areas.
With consistent use, skin will look more youthful, firmer, and less prone to dullness, pigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles.
This formula is uniquely suited to Australian skin and scalps, which often show signs of ageing earlier than expected due to sun, heat, and environmental stress.
Use Only at Night: Always follow with SPF during the day.
How to Use: Workshop A is highly concentrated and should only be introduced slowly over 4 weeks:
Week 1 – Use twice a week (e.g. Monday & Thursday)
Week 2 – Use three nights (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Week 3 – Use four nights (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Week 4 onwards – Use nightly, for as long as you want your healthiest skin
Remembering your Scalp: The skin on the scalp is hit harder than anywhere else on the body, making it more prone to premature ageing, sun damage, and textural changes, especially in men with fade-outs, shaved heads, or thinning hair.
Be mindful to introduce it slowly, just as you would on your face.
Tricia’s Tip – Straight Talk Edition. 1% Retinol is a high performing, fast acting concentrate. Some brands don't publish exact %, when they do, it's easier to choose.
La Roche‑Posay Retinol B3: 0.3%/L’Oréal Revitalift Night Serum: 0.3%* A higher percentage deliver faster visible changes, as long as you introduce it slowly and pair it with daily SPF.
Important note: Not all retinol products are the same. The effectiveness and tolerability of retinol depend heavily on the delivery system, formulation base, and release method. A poorly formulated high-percentage retinol can sit on the surface, cause irritation, and break down before it has a chance to work. Workshop A has a low molecular weight with a clinical hyaluronic acid base for a controlled-release mechanism to ensure higher absorption, better skin compatibility, and real results, without the peeling, oiliness, or harsh reactions common in generic formulas.
We call this “clinical strength” referring to concentration, not prescription status.
The product is regulated as a cosmeceutical under Australian law.
